Starting July 2012, the Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) combines, into one monthly payment, the

Ontario Sales Tax Credit

Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit, and

Northern Ontario Energy Credit

If you are receiving any of the 3 tax credits that have been rolled into the new Ontario Trillium Benefit your money will be coming to you - by direct deposit or by mail - every month.

Starting July 2012, you will be paid monthly rather than having to wait until after you file your tax return next year.
